I Walk All My Problems Away!

I started walking for exercise about ten years ago. Started off about 15 minutes a day, gradually increasing to 30, then 45 minutes. The benefits are amazing!
Your circulation improves, aches and pains go away, lose weight, feel stronger, more endurance, feel more awake, sleep better, and it improves your mood greatly.
I think it's because you actually have increased oxygen to your brain. It's a feeling of accomplishment and of pride. That's something you can only give to yourself. Just for you. No one can give that to you - but you.
This one small change has made a big difference in my life. I started listening more to what my body wanted. It started me on the path to eating a lot better and feeling a whole lot better... and I feel happier as a result!
