Fruits and Vegetables for Happiness

When I am sad or dissapointed I choose some colorful fruits and vegetables. I enjoy washing them, cut them into pieces and put them in a colorful plate.
I contemplate their colors, their fibers, even the sound of my teeth when I eat them (meditation exercise.) I feel I can swim among these colors, especially the orange one!
Oranges, red apples, water melon, carrots... you can add the colors that you like.
The smell makes you happy too as you get a feeling of freshness.
I sometimes draw by arranging the colorful pieces of fruits on the plate, you can be creative and empty your mind from stress and every day problems.
It also helps you living in a healty way.
