My BioI hold a Masters Degree in Humanistic Psychology and I'm Certified as a Life Coach.
I have 18+ years of experience in counseling and education in a variety of fields and settings. These experiences have allowed me to help hundreds of individuals from various walks of life in both English and Spanish.
My past work is related to the Medical and Dental Fields, Health Education and Parenting Education, in which I frequently found myself coaching individuals even before coaching was known as a profession.
Back in 2007, I came across the coaching model and fell in love with it. While therapy has its place and value, I firmly believe that when a person is given the opportunity to approach life proactively, the chances for success increase exponentially.
After this realization, I decided to utilize my skills and experience in a different modality and became a Certified Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute,
in San Diego.
