About Me

Welcome to "Tools For Abundance"!

I’m glad you stopped by and I thank you for wanting to get to know me better. My name is Tamara Baruhovich (my friends call me Tammy) and I live in beautiful San Diego, California, USA.

I’m the publisher and editor of the Abundance4Me ezine that has been delivering timely personal development and self-help information since early 2007.

More recently, I started this website with the intention to offer even more resources to better help you in Your Personal Growth.

I have been an avid Personal Development student for the past 7 years; however, the very first time I got introduced to Personal Improvement and Human Potential, was about 10 years ago when I first read “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill.

If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend you do. You can download a free copy right here.

On a more personal note, I’m the proud mother of two boys, Ari and Danny who are my two main priorities in life. I have learned more from them and from being a mother that from any other experience in life. I’m also a daughter, a sister and –I’ve been told- a good friend.

I have lived in different countries, and I am 100% fluent in both, English and Spanish. The enrichment I've gained from those experiences is indescribable. Having interacted with a diversity of people and ideologies has truly helped me in my further understanding of human behavior, values and beliefs.

I have also experienced a life of ups and downs due to constant changes, as well as other challenges we all seem to go through every now and then.

The best thing of it all is that I’ve also had a lot of fun along the way. I strongly believe my life experience has put me in a great position that enables me to better relate to a variety of life’s situations, so I can better help others.

I hold a DDS degree, and a Humanistic Psychology degree. I have worked as a dentist, a health educator, a parent coach, and a counselor. These experiences have given me the opportunity to discover my true passion in life... helping others.

This is why I'm also in the process of getting certified as a Life Coach through the Life Purpose Institute, here in San Diego.

"Give a man a fish; you have fed him for today.
Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime"

During my early years as a counselor, I used to help others by offering an array of solutions. I was giving them the "fish" so to say. But once I started studying Humanistic Psychology and Carl Rogers' person-centered approach, I realized -once again- that we all have an unlimited potential that we seldom use.

Being a coach provides me with the opportunity to help others achieve their personal dreams and goals by guiding them to discover their unlimited potential so they can find the solutions within themselves. What an empowering feeling that is!

My Dear Son Danny!

I also find it important for you to know that I don’t have a staff that replies to my e-mails. I do it all myself –personally- because I believe that if you have decided to trust me and share your personal situation with me, you deserve my very best. I may be limited in time as I give priority to my clients, but I will always reply to you. Thank you for your understanding.

Your success is important to me. I take great pride in what I do, thus, customer care and offering support are of extreme importance to me as well.

Thanks to this emerging technology, I've been able to expand beyond my locality to help others around the world. As an added benefit, I have struck up some amazing friendships all over the world which have enriched my life many times over.

Nothing compares to the satisfaction I get from helping people. It's a privilege, truly. I feel blessed to have chosen this path and I thank you for the opportunity to be of help to you.

I hope the prior paragraphs have given you a brief insight into my life and what makes me tick.

This website was built with YOU in mind.

It is a “work in progress” so remember to bookmark it. Come back often and browse through the many sections that are constantly being added and/or improved. And if you’d like to see something relevant in here, just...

Ask and You Shall Receive...

Yours Truly,
Tamara
